16 January 2006, The Wall Street Journal quoted Jean on the topic of real estate investing.

January 2006,  Jean was quoted in Consumer Reports Money Adviser on the topic of 401k’s.

November 2005, NAPFA Mass Group, Jean was the featured speaker at their monthly meeting, on the topic of Preventing Identity Theft.  NAPFA is the professional group for fee-only financial planners.

August 2005, Applaud Magazine asked us to provide advice on the topic of saving for a home downpayment. Applaud is a magazine whose audience is primarily women in New Hampshire.

May 2005, NAPFA National Conference 2005, Tampa, FL, Jean was invited back to teach other financial advisors how to write a comprehensive financial plan. This time she was invited to speak at the National conference of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors.

February 2005, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine sponsored a Jump-start Your Retirement event offering free advice to consumers. Jean was one of the featured advisors.

February 2005, for the third year, Jean has been a Money Mentor at the Money Conference for Women, sponsored by the State Treasurer’s Office.

February 2005, Jean testified before the NH legislature on behalf of a bill to make independent insurance advice more available to consumers.

December 13, 2004, Jean was interviewed on TV channel MCTV on the topic of personal identity theft and fraud, by Bobb Bauer, host of the Know Your City show.

October 2004, NAPFA 20th Annual Regional Conference 2004, Mystic CT, Jean taught a session to other professionals how to create a comprehensive financial plan.
